What could seem like a lot of work
has gone harmoniously as Crosby has
managed the campaign. Her work as
a student under the leadership of the
STEM Path to the MBA program has
ultimately brought her to the spotlight.
But the work does not stop here.
“I wanted to pursue a new project
after working with Dr. Morgan on other
opportunities. Group work that we’ve
done on other STEM MBA projects has
really helped me learn how to manage
people with different backgrounds
and strengths,” Crosby says. “The
connections I’ve made in the STEM Path
program have really helped me as well.
Dr. Morgan does a great job of bringing
in real professionals to give us real
advice. I’m part of the first STEM Path
class, so this has been a very exciting
thing to be a part of at this time. I’m
lucky to be here when I am.”
